This store is the absolute best store for technical help on any of your phones or computer and I just left there. They’re so nice and they’ve opened a few more in Charlottesville. I think he said Fredericksburg for sure but I just wanna let you know that if you go there, you were gonna be so grateful I got recommended to them when I had a laptop that the battery died and she told me about it, which is awesome so I was just walked out and I’m really really grateful and they helped me and there’s nothing better than good customer service and I am in customer service myself and if I had a picture, I would take a picture of it, but I’ll take a picture of the card.

Very helpful staff. Tablet was a Wacom. They weren't Sure if they  ould fix problem which was the power button pushed in and wouldn't turn on. But the let us know up front the initial charge and said it would be applied to any repairs. Good news came a few days later that the gasket under the button became unseated. MAY 2026 EDIT: I returned to Computer Cave in order to have my computer fixed due what was communicated as a failing drive, and encountered some issues along the way in terms of the information and explanations that were offered to me about what was happening and what my options were. After the experience, the manager made the effort to contact me directly, explain thoroughly what had happened, and was very proactive in rectifying the situation. Despite the initial problems I had with my experience, I am very pleased with efforts made by the manager to resolve the situation, and I am now confident in returning to Computer Cave for any future computer needs. ———————————— The staff were incredibly helpful in solving the issues with my laptop, and were patient in explaining things to me which I greatly appreciated. The experience with my laptop was so outstanding that I also sought assistance here in fixing my phone, and the worker who helped me went above and beyond to ameliorate the problem. I was fortunate enough to work with multiple wonderful staff members, and David especially was phenomenal in helping me navigate the whole process with my laptop.
